Event Ticket purchase on gamersguildusa.com is required to participate in the event. This is an event for our Members and plus one. If your plus one is joining you, please purchase an additional ticket for your plus one. Waitlisted Events: • If you’re not physically present within 5 minutes of the posted start time, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist, even if you called ahead. • Game 1 OR Round 1 losses will still apply if you are late and still allowed to participate (at the sole discretion of the TO's and may vary from game to game) • If your seat is given away, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days, and are NOT eligible for any promos or giveaways. • Anyone on the waitlist must pay before sitting down, no exceptions, even if things are moving fast.
