Phoenix’s roast comedy scene has been grinding for years, and now it’s finally getting the recognition it deserves. Roast Battle League Phoenix, an official secondary city to the international Roast Battle League, showcases the Valley’s top roasting talent as they fight for a spot on the national stage this 2025 Roast Battle League season.

Every month, eight comedians step into the ring for four brutal battles, trading savage insults and unrelenting comebacks.

Judged by AV Reyna, creator of the long-running BURNOUT! Roast Battle, alongside Marc Jessie and Peter Jordan!

The stakes are high, and the hits are relentless. Hosted by Anwar Newton, this is roast comedy at its rawest—savage, unfiltered, and absolutely unforgettable.
